The Employer Talent Pipeline

The Employer Talent Pipeline(ETP) emerged from coordinated efforts by regional STEM networks at Delta College and Mid Michigan College. The key outcomes include creating more partnerships for students to get on-the-job experience with local employers through internship, co-op and other experiential learning opportunities and working with employers to support continuous demand forecasting to training providers.

Michigan STEM AHEAD (formerly STEM Forward) is a statewide program of the Michigan Economic Development Corporation that matches students attending Michigan colleges and universities with internship opportunities at the state’s leading innovative companies. Companies do not have to be in a specific industry, but all internships must be STEM-focused. Students and businesses interested in internships can learn more at the STEM Forward webpage at the link below.
