Join us for a bi-monthly play and learn date at the Midland Center for the Arts! Young Explorers is just for infants and toddlers ages 1 to 3 and their caregivers. We explore with stories, science and art themed activities.

May’s Theme: May Showers!
On May 5 discover the life cycle of a flower as we read The Tiny Seed by Eric Carle. Help us identify and sort the parts of a flower and then plant your own seed and watch it bloom at home!

Join the fun on May 19 as we learn about the helpful pollinators that make our flowers grow as we read The Very Greedy Bee by Steve Smallman. We will practice our fine motor skills as we transfer pollen like a bee and greedy bee honeycomb craft.
