VIRTUAL SUMMER CAMP: Biodiversity with Pokémon Go! with The Center for Excellence in STEM Education

Dates: July 27 – 30 | 11:00AM – 11:45AM

Materials Needed: Device with Internet access; Device with Cellular Data; Pokémon Go app; Nature Observer Kit (available for curbside pick-up at the Education and Human Services Building for all participants. Shipping materials may also be requested – see above for details and potential costs.)
Students will practice their observational skills in their own backyard! In a combination of online meetings and offline activities, students will learn about the flora and fauna (plants and animals) all around them. Through the Pokémon Go, augmented reality app, students will have on- and offline adventures!
